Access Bank Holding has refuted an unethical behaviour allegations leviedĀ against its Bank that some funds worth N500 million was missing from the Access bank account.
This was contained in a statement made to mikeosemekenews.com.ng and signed by the Management of Access Bank Holding on Sunday, stating that their attention has been drawn to a video on social media wherein allegations of missing funds and unethical behaviour have been made against Access Bank PLC.
āFirst and foremost, we wish to emphasise that the safety and security of our customersā funds are core priorities which we take seriouslyā āSecondly, Access Bank Plc does not engage in or condone any unethical behaviourā
āIn the instant case, the allegations of missing funds in the Bank are most untrue and baselessā
The Management further stated that there is no N500million or any other fund or amount missing from the subject customerās account or from any other customerās account with us.
According to the statement āwe and other independent stakeholders in the banking industry have thoroughly investigated these allegations and independently arrived at the same conclusions.
