The Delta State Police Command has notified residents of Ogwashi-Uku and the general public of a shooting event scheduled to take place at the Base 31 Police Mobile Force Shooting Range, along Kwale Road, from February 15 to 19, 2026.
The event, part of the 15th Biennial Nigeria Police Games “ASABA 2026,” will involve controlled use of firearms within the designated range between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. daily.
Residents are advised to comply with safety and traffic directives, as access to the range’s vicinity will be restricted. The Police Commissioner, Aina Adesola, assures the public of the Command’s commitment to safety and professionalism.
