The Ogun State Police Command has provided an update on the rape allegation made by Abigeal Nsikak, also known as Mirabel on TikTok. After visiting the police station, she was taken to a medical facility for examination to verify her claims and has been cooperating with investigators.
The police have released her to the Ogun State Ministry of Women Affairs and Social Development for welfare support. The Ministry will care for her and ensure she’s available for further investigation.
The Command assures the public that the matter is being handled professionally and urges against speculation, allowing the investigation to run its course. Updates will be provided as necessary.
