The Ogun State Police Command has welcomed its new Commissioner of Police, CP Bode Ojajuni, following his deployment by the Inspector-General of Police, IGP Tunji Disu. With over 30 years of distinguished service, CP Ojajuni brings a wealth of experience in operational, investigative, and administrative policing to the Command.
A native of Ondo State, CP Ojajuni is a seasoned police officer with a strong track record of professionalism, integrity, and community-oriented policing. He has served in various capacities, including as Commissioner of Police, INTERPOL (Nigeria National Central Bureau), Lagos, and Deputy Commissioner of Police, State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID), Ogun State.
CP Ojajuni’s expertise extends to international policing, having represented Nigeria at the ECOWAS Security Summit and the INTERPOL General Assembly. He is a member of the INTERPOL African Committee and has facilitated the repatriation of high-profile fugitives to several countries.
