A 25-year-old man, Abubakar Musa, has been arrested by the Ogun State Police Command for allegedly killing two people and injuring three others in Olámbe, Ogun State. The suspect reportedly attacked the victims with a knife after a business deal went sour.
The incident occurred on April 7, 2026, and the victims were taken to the hospital, where two of them, Gbadamasi Ibrahim and Chinedu, died. The other three victims, Mohammed Abubakar, Ashiru Adamu, and Paul Lawrence, are receiving treatment.
The police have condemned the attack and promised to bring the suspect to justice. The case has been transferred to the State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID) for further investigation and prosecution.
