The Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Ogun State Council, has felicitated the Police Public Relations Officer of Ogun State Command, DSP Oluseyi B. Babaseyi, on being named Best Police Public Relations Officer for August 2026.
The honour was conferred by Online Editors in recognition of his outstanding performance.
In a congratulatory message signed by the Council Secretary, Comrade Bunmi Adigun, on behalf of the Chairman, Comrade Akinwale Olanrewaju, the NUJ lauded Babaseyi’s professionalism, accessibility, and sustained commitment to bridging communication between the police and the media.
The Council said the award affirms his dedication and positive impact on police-media relations in the state, and wished him more successes ahead.
