The Delta State Police Command has arrested the Commissioner for Secondary Education, Dr. Kingsley Ashibogwu, and three others over the death of Deputy Director Mr. Unity Ekpevbughe Adeda of the Ministry of Secondary Education, bringing total arrests to five.
The Command has also launched a manhunt for two key suspects – Mrs. Clementine Ufuoma, Director of Basic and Secondary Education, and Clement Apia, driver to the Commissioner – who are wanted for questioning.
Commissioner of Police CP Samuel E. Erale urged the fleeing suspects to surrender and assured that investigation will be thorough and impartial, with anyone found culpable brought to justice.
