The Commissioner of Police, Ogun State, CP Bode Ojajuni, on Tuesday received the Provost of Federal College of Education, Abeokuta, Dr Joseph Bankole Filani, at the Command Headquarters, Eleweran.
Filani, who led his management team, noted FCE Abeokuta is Ogun’s first tertiary institution now transitioning to degree-awarding status with focus on entrepreneurship. He lauded the Command for peace across the state.
CP Ojajuni said youth education is key to crime prevention and public safety, adding that Police would sustain engagement through enlightenment and POCACOV programmes to boost campus security and security awareness.
