Victor Osimhen, a forward for the Super Eagles, and five other Napoli FC players returned to practice Tuesday morning as they began their pursuit of the Serie A championship.
“First phase of activation in the gym,” according to the Italian website TuttoNapoli.net, “then the team traveled to field Three where they carried out ball possession training and played on a limited pitch.”
Osimhen provided treatments and specialized in the area. Group activation and portion customization were done by Politano. Following their involvement with the national teams, Meret, Di Lorenzo, Raspadori, Zerbin Elmas, and Kvaratskhelia have returned, according to the website.

The in-form striker, was last week speculated to return to action earlier than expected as coach Luciano Spalletti is considering the player’s inclusion in the starting XI when they take on Cremonese on the 9th of October.
Osimhen was taken off in the 41st minute after he sustained a hamstring injury in Napoli’s 4-1 mauling of Liverpool on the 7th of September.
The injury effectively ruled him out of Napoli’s last three games before the international break. And he was the first causality in Coach Jose Peseiro’s high injury list that affected the team’s preparation in the matches against Algeria in Constantine and Oran.
The web claimed that the Super Eagles’ masked marksman might be available for Napoli’s Champions League match against Ajax, however he might only play a small part.
When the Partenopeans fly to Cremonese on October 9th, he probably won’t be fully prepared for combat.
Osimhen would be competing against fellow countrymen Cyriel Dessers, David Okereke, and Emmanuel Aiwu, which would make for an intriguing match.

The Grigiorossi haven’t won a game yet this year, and Osimhen would be puckering up at the thought of playing the Serie A team with the weakest defense.
After a huge 2-1 away victory at Milan, Napoli is in first place in the Seria A standings.
Oliver Giroud’s goal in the 59th minute was defeated by goals from Matteo Politano and Giovanni Simeonne, putting the Naples team in first place with 17 points.
