ACP Olabisi Okuwobi, the National Coordinator of the Police Campaign Against Cultism and Other Vices (POCACOV), has been elected as the Public Relations Officer of the 13th Basic Stream Short Course on Strategic Leadership, Ethics, and Policy Making (SLEAPM) with an impressive 40 votes.
