Prince Amb. Adedipe Dauda Ewenla, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Adedas Group, has been awarded the prestigious Real Estate Investor of the Year 2024 award.
The award, presented by the Diamond Superstars Promotion, recognizes Amb. Adedipe’s outstanding contributions to the real estate industry in Nigeria. According to Lovethpara Ekufu, the convener of the award, Amb. Adedipe was unanimously chosen for his exceptional entrepreneurship, mentorship and leadership, which have inspired many youths.
Amb. Adedipe, a renowned real estate expert, has been at the forefront of providing affordable housing units to the masses and creating job opportunities for young people through his company, Adedas Group.
In his response to the award, Amb. Adedipe expressed his gratitude to the organizers and dedicated the award to his lovely wife, Chief Mrs. Adedipe Modupe Oyinlola. He assured that this recognition would only motivate him to continue making a positive impact in the real estate industry.
