A comptroller of the Nigeria CUSTOMS Service, Comptroller Dera Nnadi, mni, and a graduate of the National Institute For Policy And Strategic Studies, (NIPSS) Jos has charged his fellow graduands to be identifiable agents of change in the country.
Nnadi who made these remarks at the year 2022 graduation ceremony of the NIPSS, was full of plaudit for the president, Muhammadu Buhari, also said the president deserves the highest commendations for his reformatory policies and structure in the country.
He also expressed his profound gratitude to the Comptroller -General of Customs, Col Hameed Ibrahim Ali(Rtd.), whom he said has been a source of motivation and an icon to the officers and men of the Nigerian Customs Service, by providing all the support and they need to make their advancement in service to the country.
The National Institute For Policy And Strategic Studies ( NIPSS) Kuru, is a policy formation centre, established by the federal government for training of bureaucrats,private sector leaders, army officers,medium rank and senior civil servants in the areas of research and policy making.
Founded in 1979, most policy makers in the upper echelon, are alumni of the NIPSS.
