Pastor Samuel Oladele, President of Christ Apostolic Church (CAC), Nigeria and Overseas, claims that no political party can change Nigeria unless the people are willing to serve God and recover the nation’s former glory.

This was said by Oladele on Sunday at the dedication of an Altus 111 Klass Organ, a musical instrument that costs N10 million, at a CAC branch in Ile-Ife.

The clergyman asserted that the only way to restore the nation’s lost optimism is complete devotion to God.

“No political party has the ability to carry it out.

In the last 20 years of our unbroken democracy, political parties have ruled this country without much change.

Additionally, there will be additional elections in 2023. The only thing Nigerians need to do is completely submit to God’s plan because without Him, no political party can save the nation, the priest stated.

He exhorted residents to “lift up their eyes towards God who is abundantly able” rather than placing their hope in any one person or political group for a better country.

He asked Christians to be more patient and to keep praying to God for guidance.

“Despite the fact that science and technology have generally advanced, the world will not suddenly change. If not, crime wouldn’t have risen to this degree.

“What it then indicates is that the only way out for us in Nigeria is to put our trust in God,” he stated.

He commended the church choir members for giving their time, money, and lives to the service of God and thanked everyone who helped the church buy the musical instrument.

The clergyman exhorted the church to continue carrying out God’s mission and assured them that they would be rewarded in due time.

Elder Timothy Adegbaju, the church’s choirmaster, had earlier thanked God, the board of trustees, and other members for making it possible to purchase the musical instrument.
