The individual definition of politics always offers an in road into the mindset and intent of political players. While many are in it to offer themselves for service, others see it as an opportunity to get rich and achieve relevance. I am very mindful of this reality. It is why I can proudly say that I am not an accidental politician. I was raised to recognized values and instructed by the quality of the person I try hard everyday to be, I endeavor to see how these values are applied in my interactions with others in making my ambience more amicably habitable. I know that am in politics first to serve and advance my environment and those within it and to uphold party standard while acknowledging leadership, all these before embracing the renumeration that comes with it.
I have been around for a while and I have served in various capacities. I Comprehend that quality service is imperative to ensuring advancement for Our Great Progressive Movement. I have served as Campaign Director in many General elections, I am attentive with the clamouring of the electorates and I allow it inform my strategies during CampaIgns, because ultimately, I recognize that they are the ones to be served..
Administrative expediency cannot be ignored as our expectations are to deliver a worthy stewardship. I have acquired work experience before I joined politics and that avails me some unique insightfulness that must be seen as advantage for a prospective head of the Council.
I understand the core responsibility of the Council Chairman and recognize that he has to be a team leader who must be smart enough to surround himself with extremely brilliant team players, functioning from an enabled work environment like the new council edifice and driven genuinely by a sincere need to deliver quality service. The willingness to establish a melting pot of Residents, state and federal agencies, business communities and the Council using basic administrative tools and tested human capital .
