The General Officer Commanding (GOC) 81 Division, Major General Adebayo Babalola, has undertaken familiarization visits to key formations at Bonny Cantonment, Lagos, as part of his ongoing strategic engagements.

During the visit, he held high-level interactions at the Headquarters of the Nigerian Army Corps of Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (NAEME), the Naval Doctrine Command (NAVDOC), and the Directorate of Automated Data Processing (DADP), reaffirming his commitment to institutional collaboration and operational synergy.

At NAEME Headquarters, he was received by the Commander, Corps of Electrical and Mechanical Engineers Major General Adeyinka Adereti, who assured the GOC of the Corps’ unwavering support and institutional cooperation.

The GOC emphasized that effective command thrives on unity of purpose, professional cooperation, and shared dedication to mission success, and commended the Corps’ leadership for their critical role in sustaining the operational effectiveness of the Nigerian Army.

Similar visits were made to NAVDOC and DADP, with discussions focusing on sustained inter-service collaboration and jointness in enhancing operational effectiveness. The visits concluded with group photographs symbolizing unity and collective resolve to advance operational excellence.
