Lagos State Deputy Governor, Dr. Kadri Obafemi Hamzat on Tuesday, condoled with the Chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC) Pst. Cornelius Ojelabi and his family on the demise of his wife, Mrs. Esther Ebunoluwa Ojelabi.
Dr. Hamzat said the news was shocking, but a divine will that must be accepted, adding that every human came from God and must return back to him.
The Deputy Governor described the Late Mrs. Ojelabi as a devouted christian and a loving and supportive wife to the Chairman. He stated that “Late Mrs. Ojelabi, was an exceptionally caring and loving mother to the children and all those whom she has impacted their lives positively. She was indeed an embodiment of all the positives of a good wife and mother.”
Hamzat further noted that the loss is difficult to bear, as she was undoubtedly the pillar of her family and a beacon of wisdom and guidance within her community.
He therefore prayed that God comfort the family of the deceased and grant the departed soul eternal rest and forgive all her shortcomings.
