Olukayode Joseph, a 50-year-old father, allegedly defiled his 14-year-old daughter in Ogun State after sedating her with medications.
Operatives of the Ogun So-Safe Corps detained Joseph on Thursday and charged him with turning the underage girl into a “sex machine.”
Joshua, a resident of Akinbo Phase 2, Opposite Ola Fatia House, Olambe in Ifo Local Government Area of the State, “has reportedly had carnal knowledge of his biological daughter,” according to the So-Safe Corps spokesman, Moruf Yusuf.
Yusuf revealed that the Divisional Officer of the Corps in Oke-Aro/Olambe, SC Akeem Olaiya, had been given quick orders to arrest the suspect by the State Commander, Soji Ganzallo.
He added that the Agbado Area Command also mobilized more men to the scene to protect the alleged rapist against jungle justice.
During preliminary investigation, the suspect was said to have confessed to the crime, “and pleaded for mercy after realizing that there is nowhere to hide his secret deals with his innocent daughter.”
According to reports, the victim accused her father of repeatedly sleeping with her after drugging her.

Yusuf cited the youngster as saying, “I just used to detect white discharges from my private portion.”
The suspect, however, claimed it was his first time having intercourse with his daughter and denied sedating her before the encounter.
According to Yusuf, the victim and the suspect have been sent to the Ajuwon police division for additional investigation.
