Youths yesterday marched through torrential downpours in Osogbo, the capital of Osun, to show their support for Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, the APC’s presidential candidate.
APC will win Osun in 2023, according to Governor Adegboyega Oyetola, who praised the youngsters for their dedication to the Bola Tinubu administration.
Although the Osun presidential campaign has not yet officially begun, the governor observed that despite the youths’ large turnout in favor of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu’s presidential bid despite the rain, he was astonished.
He said: “I chose to meet with you as I am coming home from a trip to laud your deed. Asiwaju’s administration represents the youth. He is in Nigeria to help the people. He has goals for a number of things, including infrastructure, social development, agriculture, and education. The way he handles insecurity will astound you.

“He uses a strategy known as institutional frame work; after solving a problem, he set up an institution to maintain the solution. Like LASTMA and many others,” adding that Tinubu will win Osun with over one million votes even though the campaign would be focused on the youth.
Goke Akinwemimo, the APC youth leader in the state who organized the march, stated earlier at the campaign headquarters that the organization is prepared to mobilize one million votes for the APC flag bearers in the upcoming presidential election.
“As you can see, we have come out in large numbers to demonstrate our support to Tinubu and the APC’s election next year,” he said. Adewemimo declared, “We will ensure that the party receives a million votes in the state during the presidential election.
