Actor and Filmmaker, Lateef Adedimeji has urged Nigerians to take invest in real estate while assuring of good Return on Investment.
Adedimeji gave the assurance during the recent activation of Gtext Homes smart offices and allocation of land at Sardius Estate, Epe and Beryl Beach Front, Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos.
The filmmaker and brand ambassador of Gtext Lands, explained that Sardius estate is in same environment with the proposed 100 hectares film village of the Lagos state government.
According to him, the estate will also serve as a one-stop shop for residents with the needed facilities for modern living.
“The estate being called Sardius Farm city explains the fact that there is a plan to have a farm village in the estate.
The plan is to make the estate as homely as possible because it is going to be a sort of resort where you can find animals,” he said.
The movie enthusiast noted that acquiring land is a form of investment banking.
He, therefore, urged Nigerians to take advantage of investing in real estate, on the back of its long-term benefits while assuring Return On Investment (ROI).

Speaking, Ms Martha Onsachi, CEO, Gtext Lands, said that Sardius Farm Estate is an ongoing development that provides commercial, residential and farm facility for residents.

According to him with their office located within the estate, it shows business and readiness of a brand to attend to customers at every point in time.
On his part, Mr Farouk Usman, CEO, Gtext Homes disclosed that Sardius Estate will start off as a resort.
He explained that the idea was to make residents experience nature and feel its ambience.
