The Lagos State Police Command has identified Inspector Osumah Frank as the officer seen making uncultured remarks in a viral video while travelling in public transport.
The Command said it has commenced disciplinary action against him, stressing that his statements were personal and do not reflect the views of the Lagos Command or the Nigeria Police Force.
CP Tijani Fatai warned that officers must maintain professionalism and respect for the public at all times, noting that wearing the uniform demands dignity and integrity, and the Command will not tolerate conduct that erodes public confidence.
