Vice President Kashim Shettima says Nigeria’s push for a one-trillion-dollar economy under President Bola Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda hinges on productive enterprise, with women and youth at the centre.

Represented by presidential aide Inna Binta Audu at the Aspire Women Forum masterclass, “From Survival to Thriving,” at the Presidential Villa on Wednesday, Shettima said economic inclusion must deliver real market access, finance and tools, not just training.

NDLEA Chairman, Brig. Gen. Buba Marwa (rtd), urged participants to stay drug-free and protect their exports from trafficking risks, warning against carrying unverified packages. He announced the Agency’s 24-hour helpline, 0800 1020 3040, and pledged partnership through its War Against Drug Abuse campaign. Forum Founder, Dr. Zainab Marwa, said the programme addresses practical gaps like business registration, packaging and record-keeping, with continued mentoring planned.
