Gov. Wike calls first Rivers PDP stakeholder meeting since crisis began in the party

Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike has called a meeting of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) leaders and stakeholders in the state.

The meeting is the first called by the governor in the state since he lost the party’s presidential primary and the ensuing crisis in the opposition party.

The meeting is scheduled to begin at 2 p.m. today in Port Harcourt, the state capital.
