Operatives of the Lagos State Police Command have discovered and sealed a suspected illegal factory used for producing adulterated alcoholic drinks in Badagry.
Acting on credible intelligence from members of the public, operatives arrested 48-year-old Anaebo Emeka Hilary at Yafin, Badagry, and recovered adulterated drinks, empty bottles, wine labels and production utensils. The factory was sealed and the suspect taken into custody.
Commissioner of Police, CP Tijani Fatai, commended the operatives for their vigilance and reaffirmed the Command’s commitment to intelligence-led operations, urging residents to continue providing credible information through the Command’s emergency lines.
