The Commissioner of Police, Ogun State Command, CP Bode Ojajuni, received members of the Police Officers’ Wives Association, Ogun State Chapter, led by Acting Chairperson Mrs. Bolanle Adeoye, on a courtesy visit at the Command Headquarters in Eleweran, Abeokuta.

Mrs. Adeoye commended the CP for his leadership and focus on officers’ welfare, noting that POWA remains committed to supporting police families and strengthening unity within the Force. She appreciated the conducive environment for discipline and effective policing, and assured continued collaboration on welfare-oriented programmes.

In response, CP Ojajuni described POWA as a vital pillar for the emotional and social stability of officers, especially those on demanding duties. He praised the association’s contributions to community development and welfare, reaffirmed the Command’s partnership with POWA, and pledged continued prioritization of officers’ welfare and stakeholder engagement to improve operational effectiveness and cohesion across the state.
