Apapa-Iganmu LCDA and 7Up Bottling Company have commissioned the renovated Sari Primary Health Centre, described as a major boost to grassroots healthcare.
Commissioned on Monday, September 28, 2026, the facility now features a solar inverter system for uninterrupted power, a fully equipped laboratory and an improved waiting area. Council Chairman Hon. Jimoh Olawale Saliu said the upgrade aligns with his administration’s push for accessible healthcare, complementing its Free Olugbani medical outreach and vision restoration support for 12 residents.
7Up MD Mr. Sari El-Khalil said it was the firm’s first direct partnership to revitalise a primary healthcare centre, while Ojora of Ijora-Iganmu, Oba Abdulfatai Aremu Aromire, praised the project for easing residents’ reliance on costly private hospitals.
