Sirizani Butau, a truck driver, has been hailed a hero after pulling eight people from a burning bus while suffering burns in the process.
Sirizani Butau, according to reports, jumped in to rescue commuters on the Harare-Mutare highway in Zimbabwe on December 24 after an accident.
Sirizani Butau was seriously injured while rescuing passengers. He is currently receiving treatment in the hospital, and donations are pouring in for him.
Despite this, the Zimbabwe police force has confirmed that over four people were killed in the accident.
There would have been more casualties if Sirizani had not intervened.

The only survivors are the eight people he dragged out.
On social media, both Zimbabweans and Nigerians praised Sirizsni, calling him a hero and expressing willingness to donate to him.
