It was a time of celebration as families, friends, top class entertainers, society bigwigs and traditional rulers converged in Lagos to felicitate with Socialite, Real Estate Expert and founder/CEO Engr. Ifeoma Okengwu fondly called Nnukwuwanyi as she marks her birthday.
The birthday bash was held at the Ballroom of the prestigious Lagos Continental Hotel, Kofo Abayomi, Victoria Island on Saturday.
The celebrant though trained as a chemical engineer, is an astute businesswoman, founder of Stoke and Caldwell Engineering Services and MD/CEO of Winhomes Global Services Ltd, a popular real estate company who has become popular as the luxury queen of real estate.
Okengwu is an outstanding example of a dynamic entrepreneur extraordinaire who through sheer determination and hard work has made a major mark in the world of business and industry.
A philanthropist of repute, Okengwu with her Foundation; “Ify Help The Weak” and “Win Homes Foundation”, are some of the channels she uses in helping the needy, downtrodden and the most vulnerable in the society
As she becomes a year older, some friends extended their best wishes to her and prayed that Almighty God continue grant her good health and more wisdom in the service of the people and humanity in general.
The Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi said the celebrant is his good daughter in whom he is well pleased with while praising her for all the works she has been doing.
The royal majesty gave God all glory for her life and prayed He continue to sustain and bless her with good health to do more for the society and humanity.
Friends and well-wishers were not left out as they poured encomiums on the celebrant who they described as a compassionate, industrious, hardworking and loyal friend
They added that she is the best at combining beauty and brain while stopping at nothing in the pursuit of her
goals.
Desmond “Young Mulla” said: “She is a very intelligent woman, highly opinionated and business oriented.”
Actress Sophie Williams described her as a loyal and amazing friend adding that she is reliable and down to earth.
On her part, a high school friend Nonye Udeh-Ubaka said the celebrant is an amazing personality.
Similarly, the children described the celebrant, a mother of five as a loving mother with no challenge too strong for her to surmount.
Speaking, the elated celebrant expressed her heartfelt gratitude to all her families and friends for their unending support.
