ADC House of Assembly aspirant for Aniocha North, Hon. Laurence Chukwudi Izegbu, has been honoured with the Rural Advancement Advocacy Award at the Wells Carlton Hotel, Abuja, on Saturday, June 27, 2026. The award recognises his sustained advocacy for rural communities and grassroots development. Izegbu previously served as Senior Special Assistant to Governor Ifeanyi Okowa on Local Content.
The event brought together governors, military generals, traditional rulers, captains of industry, and other notable Nigerians to celebrate leaders driving community advancement. Honourees were spotlighted for projects and initiatives that have improved living standards in rural areas.
