Adamu Garba, a former presidential aspirant and APC chieftain in Abuja, said on Tuesday that it is time for the Muhammadu Buhari administration to “promote” Buba Marwa, the Chairman of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), to Nigeria’s Minister of Defence.
The NDLEA reported on the largest cocaine seizure in the country’s history.
The agency announced on Monday the “highest cocaine seizure” worth over $278 million dollars and the arrest of drug lords, including a foreigner, in a two-day operation across various locations in Lagos State.
The development has earned Marwa, the head of the NDLEA, praise from critics of the Buhari administration.
Just imagine General Buba Marwa is the Minister of Defense? He would have succeeded in dismantling all the enemies of the country.
I think it is high time he is promoted to the exalted office. Nigerians needs more of his services.

“Can you imagine General Buba Marwa as Minister of Defense?” He would have succeeded in eliminating all of the country’s enemies.
“I believe it is past time for him to be elevated to the highest office.” “Nigerians require more of his services,” Garba stated on his verified Twitter account.
