Delta State Commissioner of Police, CP Samuel Erale, led NSCDC Commandant Chinedu Igbo, FRSC Sector Commander Charles Edem and DETSMA officials to inspect the Niger Bridge section of the Asaba-Onitsha Expressway after a meeting on gridlock.
The team monitored traffic flow and assessed bottlenecks linked to ongoing construction to design relief measures.
The exercise is part of joint efforts to ease congestion on the corridor.
