The Lagos State Police Command has arrested 150 suspects in a coordinated clearance operation targeting criminal hideouts in the Area M, Idimu axis. The raid, carried out on Sunday, July 5, 2026 at about 5:45 a.m., was based on credible intelligence. Operatives from different formations stormed Boolar, Okofilling Bus Stop, Igando, and other identified black spots as part of the ongoing Operation KO S’AYE to flush out hoodlums and criminal elements terrorizing residents.

Recovered exhibits include 100 unregistered motorcycles, 54 mobile phones, 3 firearms — 1 double-barrel gun, 2 single-barrel guns, and 1 locally made double-barrel short gun — 2 military camouflage uniforms, 6 generators suspected to have been stolen, assorted charms, and substances suspected to be Indian hemp and other illicit drugs. All suspects are in police custody while investigations continue to establish individual culpability. Those found guilty will be charged to court.
