The outgoing Special Adviser to the Governor of Lagos State on Special Duties and Inter-Governmental Relations, Mobolaji Ogunlende(RAK) has officially bowed out of office.
In his hand over speech, he highly extolled the Governor of the State and showered encomiums on him, especially for making his job in the Ministry, which he assumed less than six months ago, to have been an enriching experience.
He said on assumption of duties on the 14th of October, 2022, he had the most work driven and detailed itinerary that not only honed his skills as an administrator, but it also brought him in close working relationship with his principal, Babajide Sanwo -Olu. According to him, the governor is a focused driven, outstanding and far sighted leader who has set his sights to the development of Lagos to be not just a world class city, but a highly developed and futuristic city that would benefit Lagosians and position the state to be a place where the well being of all who reside and work there, will be world standard.
Ogunlende also highly acclaimed the role of the deputy governor of the state, Dr. Obafemi Hamzat in his total support of his office and also his colleagues in the executive of the state for sharing their knowledge and experiences with him.
He thanked the permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Special Duties and Inter-Governmental Relations, Babatunde Ogundeko, mni, for his cooperation and goodwill.
For him, it was a privilege to serve the good people of Lagos under Governor Sanwo-Olu who is ever committed to his service of all Lagosians.
