The federal government has been urged to live up to her responsibility of protecting lives and property
Trade union Congress (TUC) president, Festus Osifo gave the charge while addressing journalists on fundermental issues challenging and causing setback for the nation NigerIa.
Osifo, who made reference to the high number of death recorded said that government has failed in security as he advocated that president Buhari adopt use of advanced technology in tackling the menace
The TUC President equally condemned the incessant Academic staff of union of universities (ASUU) strike urging govt to fix the education sector just as he berates govt for her borrowing nature.
Speaking on TUC leadership tussle, Osifo said efforts are being made to reach out to the agrieved party particularly the principal. While the matter is in court,Osifo expresses optimism in resolving their issues by having out of court settlement.
