ABAKALIKI – Professor Benard Odoh, an All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) candidate for the governorship of Ebonyi State in 2023, claimed that if elected governor in 2023, his administration would effectively dispense social justice to the state’s residents.
Odoh, who made this disclosure in a conversation with journalists over the weekend, noted that the crises being experienced throughout the State were caused by the incumbent administration’s failure to provide social justice.
“I’m committed to promoting social justice as your governor the following year. No matter who is involved, a lot of the tension in the State would start to significantly lessen once we dispense social justice.
“Society that is formed in that manner must have conflicts; there must be individuals who would object, and this is what creates the conflict. The two people involved in the Effium crisis, who were elected members of the same Government, got things started in the parking lot. Therefore, you can see the connection and relationship,” Odoh continued.
