Dominican University, Ibadan, has celebrated its Pro-Chancellor, Mr. Peter Obi, on his 65th birthday, describing him as a transformational leader whose commitment to education and youth empowerment continues to shape Nigeria’s future. In a message on Sunday, Vice Chancellor Prof. Jacinta A. Opara hailed Obi as an outstanding statesman whose passion for learning inspires hope across the country. The institution noted that Obi has remained a steadfast voice for educational excellence in both public service and private life, making it central to his vision for a new Nigeria.
